溶解建议
|
提供的人白介素-6(IL 6)产品为经0.2μm孔径过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含1mg/ml人白介素-6(IL 6)的PBS, pH 7.4溶液中过滤灭菌并冻干产生的。我们建议加无菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作储存液到100μg/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释。

保存建议
|
人白介素-6(IL 6)在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存。请避免反复冻融。
