提供的人白介素-3(IL 3)产品为过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含1mg/ml人白介素-3(IL 3)的0.3 mg/ml NaHCO3 溶液中冻干产生的。我们建议加无菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作储存液到100μg/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释。

保存建议

人白介素-3(IL 3 )冻干粉末在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装后置于-18℃冻存。请避免反复冻融。
