KAPA PROBE FAST qPCR Kits 适用于所有的使用探针的定量PCR，而且能够精确定量，重复性好，应用范围广。
试剂盒中含有使用序列特异性探针如TaqMan、FRET 探针和分子信标进行高灵敏度和精确性的定量PCR 时可以直接使用的Master Mix。
该试剂盒在基因型、基因表达分析等研究中具有如下优点：

1.等位基因识别的精确性和重复性
下图：使用ABI 序列检测体统（SDS）2.3 软件对168 个人类基因组DNA 样品均能准确分型（置信度为95%）。使用 ABI 7900HT 定量PCR 仪，用ATP1B3 SNP 基因型分析方法可以对168 个人类基因组中除了24 个非模板对照的人类基因组进行准确分型。
2.快速、高性能的多重定量PCR
下图：使用快速定量PCR 对5 个连续稀释5倍的人类基因组DNA 的多重分析得到了高效的，重复性好的扩增结果。
3.所有的定量PCR 仪的反应效率和重复性都很好。
下图：用普通定量PCR 仪（蓝色）和快速定量PCR（橙色）的扩增效率和重复性都很好。
