KAPA 1-Step qRT-PCR是一款灵敏、方便的定量试剂盒。试剂盒包含KAPA SYBR^® FAST Master Mix（2×）、KAPA RT Mix（50×）和dUTP。其中KAPA RT Mix（50×）包括野生型MMuLV转录酶、RNAse 抑制剂。KAPA 公司已将其优化成快速一步法、一个PCR管内完成所有反应的试剂盒，科研工作者可直接用于荧光定量PCR的检测，只需加入引物探针和cDNA即可，一步完成反转录和PCR两个过程，不必再取出cDNA，然后再配PCR体系，方便简单快速，适用各种荧光定量PCR仪，如罗氏lightcycler、ABI Prism、伯乐icycler等。

1．设定反应体系

   将配置好的试剂加入PCR板中。反应体系可以从20µl调整到10µl。

    上面2副图片显示，用KAPA SYBR® FAST 1-step qRT-PCR试剂盒与其他公司茶品对比检测10倍稀释人RNA(100ng-100pg/reaction)的反应曲线。通过KAPA SYBR^® FAST 1 step qRT-PCR试剂盒 (红色曲线) 与 Competitor1(图 A) 及 Competitor 2 (图B)的对比，可以看出KAPA产品具较强的信号及较早的Ct值。
