显色原位杂交法（chromogenic in situ hybridization，简称CISH）在石蜡组织中使用碱性磷酸酶标记的探针进行杂交反应，用抗地高辛－抗体和辣根过氧化物酶－抗体进行免疫结合，DAB显色，在光学显微镜下检测石蜡组织待测核酸。CISH与FISH异曲同工，只是标记探针的基团用地高辛和生物素代替了荧光。

2. Twinstar Dual-Color CISH
