显色原位杂交法(chromogenic in situ hybridization,简称CISH)在石蜡组织中使用碱性磷酸酶标记的探针进行杂交反应,用抗地高辛-抗体和辣根过氧化物酶-抗体进行免疫结合,DAB显色,在光学显微镜下检测石蜡组织待测核酸。CISH与FISH异曲同工,只是标记探针的基团用地高辛和生物素代替了荧光。
